The most important thing about working with Heather for me is that I trust her and feel entirely supported and safe with her. I have not felt that level of trust with any other practitioner. The amount of knowledge Heather has about healing and energy work is astounding. She has incredible intuition and insight; every session with her feels like exactly what I most needed. Each time I work with her, there are gems that I take away from her coaching. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of Heather’s words of wisdoms and insights, and as a result, I have been able to let go of a lot of fear and self-doubt. I am so grateful for Heather and all the healing gifts that she has brought into my life.

I felt safe as soon as I started talking with Heather and all the moments with her since. The questions she asks and her call back to comments I have made have me confident she is truly listening. I have never felt like I was talking too much, and when Heather does have a question or loving interruption, her way of getting my attention with grace has made me feel heard, like she genuinely wants to know more. With Heather, I find myself bringing up things I hadn't bothered to bring up before with others. My ability to ugly cry and emotionally release in Heather's presence has facilitated incremental healing I didn't realize going in, I even needed till the relief set in. Heather's pace of sharing and authentic curiosity relaxes my nervous system. I had been confused about what it means to forgive. Heather's patience around my process supports my acceptance and patience with myself, as I learn to understand forgiveness and forgive myself. I also appreciate that she is a mother who has experience in long-term relationship. I feel comfortable between sessions to reach out to Heather and email what is on my heart, confident she will hold what's important to me and show up to our next meeting holding my heart.

I have had the privilege of being coached by Heather and witnessing her coach others. The loving compassion Heather holds for her clients feels so caring and accepting. Heather leads with her intuition and her beautiful heart. She creates a space for her clients to feel into what they are seeking to heal and helps guide the way for their radical transformation.
